This includes your name, contact details, delivery address, selected product, size, colour, and variant. Once an order has been placed, the drip is locked in, and changes may not always be possible.

All product prices are listed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to update product pricing, descriptions, availability, and promotions at our discretion. While we aim to display our products as accurately as possible, colours, textures, and details may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, editing, and individual screen settings.

GenXza sources selected products through independent wholesale suppliers and sells them as an independent online retailer. We are not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party brands unless clearly stated. Product names, designs, and references are used for identification and style description purposes only.

Once payment has been received, your order will be processed within our stated processing timeframe. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, stock availability, or other factors outside our control. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details where available. GenXza is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for checking product details, sizing, colours, and variants before placing an order. Fit and sizing may vary slightly between styles, suppliers, and batches. We recommend reviewing the available size guide carefully before checkout to ensure the best possible fit.

GenXza does not offer refunds once an order has been placed. We only offer exchanges where there is a valid issue with the order, such as receiving a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or wrong size or variant. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. No wear, no damage, no “I just tried it once” energy.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet our exchange requirements. Once an exchange request is approved, return details will be provided. After we receive and inspect the returned item, the replacement will be shipped out where applicable.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse our store, copy our content without permission, interfere with our website security, submit false information, or use our products or services for any unlawful purpose. Any attempt to abuse, threaten, defraud, or harm GenXza, our team, our customers, or our website may result in your order being cancelled or your access to our store being restricted.
