Shipping & Exchange Policy
At GenXza, we make sure your drip is packed, prepped, and ready to move as smoothly as possible. All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days for major cities such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban. For outlying or rural areas, delivery may take approximately 5–7 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, or areas outside major routes.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please make sure all shipping details are correct before completing your purchase. GenXza will not be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
We do NOT offer Cash On Delivery services. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods shown at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of delivery failure caused by the customer, including incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a parcel where applicable. If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us, any refund or exchange will be handled according to this policy, with applicable return courier fees deducted where the failure was due to incorrect customer information.
Returns & Exchanges: For change-of-mind purchases, GenXza offers exchanges or store credit rather than refunds, on eligible items returned within 14 days. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, size, or variant, you are entitled to an exchange, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act — please contact us at support@genxza.com as soon as possible and we'll make it right.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. No wear, no damage, and no "I tried it once" energy. Once your request has been approved, we will provide the return details. After the returned item has been received and checked, we will send out your replacement or process your refund where applicable.
Shipping fees may be subject to change from time to time. Please refer to the checkout page for the final shipping price before completing your order. GenXza reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust this policy at its discretion, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.
