Refund Policy

Exchanges Only — No Refunds.

At GenXza, all sales are final. Once your order is placed, that's a wrap no refunds. What we do offer is exchanges, but only when there's a real issue: an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not the size or variant you ordered.

Got a valid problem? You've got 3 days from the day your order lands to put in an exchange request. To qualify, the item has to come back the way it left us unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. No wear, no damage, no "I only tried it once" energy. We see everything.

Once your request gets the green light, we'll send through the return details. After we receive your item and give it the proper inspection, your replacement ships out.

So before you hit checkout, do yourself a favour: double-check your size, your variant, the whole order. Because once it's placed, the drip is locked in.
